Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve an amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5 Respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, by replacing Appendix "A" to By-law #5 with Appendix "A" to

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2010.
