Order in Council 947/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9 (2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Deborah Lynn Richardson

be appointed as a member and as Chair of the Public Service Commission, effective July 12, 2021, for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat.

And that Order in Council O.C. 1631/2019, dated October 31, 2019, be revoked effective July 12, 2021.
