OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 8, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 2 of

Chapter 312 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Notaries and Commissioners Act, is pleased to appoint Lieutenant-Commander Sandra MacLeod, Department of National Defence, to be a notary public for the Province of Nova Scotia during such period as Lieutenant-Commander Sandra MacLeod is deployed on Operation Apollo, which operation is Canada's contribution to the war against terrorism.
