Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that subsections 11(2), 25(1) and 26(1) of
Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, come into force on and not before November 6, 2001.
