Order in Council 1899/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 47(4) of the Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act, 1993 ,

Daniel harris of Weston

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Grievance Settlement Board for a fixed term of two years, effective December 16, 2016.
