Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Chartered Professional Accountants Act dated October 11, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 18A of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2015, the Chartered Professional Accountants Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Carrie Rice of Halifax Regional Municipality (Middle Sackville) as a Member – Public Representative of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia’s Public Accounting Licensing Committee, made by Order in Council 2020-340 dated December 18, 2020, effective October 28, 2022.
