OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness April 4, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointments of Julie M. Kirkpatrick of Richmond County (D’Escousse) as a lawyer member and John A. Manning of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a lay member, both of the Review Board under the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act effective April 30, 2019.
