Order in Council 1500/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Henry Yeung was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective September 7, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1317/2023;

And

whereas Henry Yeung tendered his resignation effective October 21, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1317/2023 be revoked effective October 21, 2024.
