Order in Council 431/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 82/95, dated January 19, 1995,Dr. W. A. Buckton was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. W. A. Buckton has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 30, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 82/95, dated January 19, 1995, appointing Dr. W. A. Buckton as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
