OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 24 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2021-62 dated February 23, 2021; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Office of L’nu Affairs to the Honourable Karla MacFarlane, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for L’nu Affairs.
