Order in Council 981/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1256/2021 dated September 16, 2021 that appointed Barbara Moore of Hamilton as a part-time member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
