Order in Council 841/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter H.8,

Nosa Ero-Brown

be appointed as Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective June 15, 2020.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1013/2019 dated June 21, 2019 appointing Kevin Clifford Byrnes as Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.
