Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 36155 for the conveyance, by Quit Claim Deed, of a lot of Crown land containing 27,425 square feet, more or less, situate at Joggins, Cumberland County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Elizabeth Miller Allen (Mrs. Daniel Allen) of Joggins, Cumberland County, for the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such other documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
