OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 27, 2000, pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 91-1408 dated December 3, 1991, approving the issuance of a lease of Crown land containing 3 acres, more or less, situate at Clyde River, Shelburne County, to the Clyde River Recreation Association for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a ballfield.
