Order in Council 296/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gregory Bishop was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective January 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1287/2022;

And

whereas Gregory Bishop was redesignated as alternate chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective January 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1288/2022;

And

whereas Gregory Bishop tendered his resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1), 3(2) and 3(3) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Orders in Council O.C. 1287/2022 and 1288/2022 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
