Order in Council 222/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Supporting Children’s Futures Act, 2024

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Supporting Children’s Futures Act, 2024 , c. 17, which amend the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , come into force:

s. 27, 28, 33.
