Order in Council 997/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 332/2015, dated the 25th day of March 2015, H. David Blackburn was appointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from March 25, 2015;

And

whereas H. David Blackburn has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, H. David Blackburn is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Kawartha Lakes Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
