Order in Council 867/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty The King in Right of Ontario, Adam Melnick of Bowmanville be appointed as part-time chair of the Office of the Employer Adviser to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
