Order in Council 1394/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Janet Ecker - Ajax

be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective October 31, 2022.
