Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 74/2020 O10498133 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 24, 2021, (

a) the appointment of Lindsay Banh as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Children and Family Development for the purpose of performing work for the Minister of State for Child Care, made by Order in Council 74/2020, is rescinded, (

b) Lindsay Banh is appointed as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, (

c) Lindsay Banh is to be paid in accordance with the Salary Range Regulation, B.C. Reg. 152/2017, starting at $70 per year, and (

d) the terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to Lindsay Banh. 092 February 22, 2021
