Order in Council 1459/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ontario Regulation 618/98, as amended, under the Development Corporations Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. D.10,

ALLAN LUBY , of Kenora, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation, effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the effective date of this reappointment.
