OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 25, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Carol Mader, made pursuant to Order in Council 97-139 dated February 25, 1997; and (
b) appoint Carol Mader of Lilydale, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
