Order in Council 2015/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Place Corporation Act, Penny Lipsett , of Elora be reappointed as a member and re-designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of Ontario Place Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the 18th day of October, 2017.
