An Act to amend The Proceedings against the Crown Act. [Assented to May 4, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Proceedings against the Crown Amendment Act, 1979. 2.

Section of The Proceedings against the Crown Act is amended by striking out "or the Deputy Attorney General" in the second and third lines and substituting the following: ", the Deputy Attorney General or any barrister and solicitor employed in the Department of the Attorney General and desig nated by the Attorney General for the purpose of this section". 1
