OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 2, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 24,978 square feet, situate at or near Rock Elm, Cape Breton County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to the Trustees of United Baptist Church of Sydney, Cape Breton County, a body corporate under

Chapter 180 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia 1917, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this order.
