Order in Council 1012/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Steele of Burlington, reappointed by O.C. 146/2023 dated February 9, 2023 as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 146/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
