On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Jeanie Theoharis was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1722/2017 dated August 31, 2017;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
