OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated the April 10, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia: (

a) to purchase from the Bowater Mersey Paper Company Limited, its successors, trustees or assigns, a parcel of land containing approximately 8.09 hectares (20¦ acres) situate at Three Mile, Queens County, for the purchase price of $62,000, subject to the condition that Bowater Mersey Paper Company Limited, its successors, trustees or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, which land is shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
