Loi sur les élections municipales et scolaires. 2(1) Subsection 22(1) is replaced with the following: 2(1) Le paragraphe 22(1) est remplacé par ce qui suit : Eligibility of non-resident 22(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person who is not a resident of a local authority is eligible to vote in an election or on a question if the person is (

a) a Canadian citizen and is at least 18 years old on election day; and (

b) a registered owner of land in the local authority on election day and has been so for at least the six months before election day. Admissibilité des non-résidents 22(1)
