OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated April 12, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , and

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of two parcels of surplus land, PID # 70077680, containing an area of 6,463 square feet, more or less, and PID # 70077722, Lot 1A, containing an area of 5,162 square feet, more or less, off Highway #8, located at or near Milton, Queens County, to the Region of Queens Municipality, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, more particularly shown on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Public Works to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
