OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 28, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act is pleased to: (
a) appoint Steve Brown of Bass River, Nova Scotia who is not engaged in the sawmill industry or the pulp and paper industry, as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board for a term of two (2) years commencing on January 15, 2013; and (
b) order that Steve Brown be remunerated for his services in the amount of $150.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred carrying out business on behalf of the Board, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
