OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 19, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint W. Bruce Gillis, K.C. of Annapolis County, Matthew Hack of Pictou County, and Brian MacDougall and Rachel Parsons, both of Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, each for a term of three years commencing December 13, 2025; (

b) reappoint Siobhan Doyle of Lunenburg County, Lisa Emery of Cumberland County, Don McMillan of Colchester County, and Kimberly Ross of Kings County, as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, each for a term of three years commencing December 13, 2025; and (

c) order that W. Bruce Gillis, K.C., Matthew Hack, Brian MacDougall, Rachel Parsons, Siobhan Doyle, Lisa Emery, Don McMillan and Kimberly Ross be remunerated in the amount of $150 per meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
