OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 19, 2002, and pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 2 of
Chapter 456 of the said Revised Statutes, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased, effective December 19, 2002, to assign all affairs and matters relating to the Sydney Steel Corporation Act to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, Q.C., a Member of the Executive Council.
