Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to re-appoint J. Walter Thompson, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of three (3) years effective on and after October 18, 2016.
