OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 18, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 14E of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act,
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective January 1, 2014: (
a) revoke the appointment of Rick Williams as Deputy Minister of the Office of Planning and Priorities; and (
b) appoint David Darrow as Acting Deputy Minister of the Office of Planning and Priorities.
