OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated November 17, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Premier of Nova Scotia and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs entering into an agreement on the Establishment of a Sister Province Relationship with Fujian Province of the People’s Republic of China for the purposes of promoting the friendly contacts between the peoples of Nova Scotia and Fujian Province and the exchanges and cooperation in fields including but not limited to economy, trade, investment, science and technology, culture, education, sports and public health and personnel, as set out in the Report and Recommendation, with such necessary modifications as the Minister may determine.
