Order in Council 1220/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(2)2 and 6(1) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 , Carol Hartman of Sudbury be reappointed a part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a term of three years, effective September 30, 2017.
