OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 7, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 29(2) of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment Janet Manuel as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-282 dated June 14, 2002; and (
b) appoint Michele E. Dunlop as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics effective September 22, 2003.
