OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated March 5, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to, effective April 7, 2010, appoint Kenneth MacDonald of Port Morien, County of Cape Breton, as a member of the Cape Breton Regional Library Board, and appoint Suzanne White of the County of Digby, as a member of the Western Counties Regional Library Board, each for a term of three years.
