OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 27, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective December 20, 2013, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement with Statistics Canada under the Public Service Act, in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
