OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated July 6, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and such other authority vested in the Minister, is pleased to: (

a) approve an agreement between the Government of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia for the continuity on the provision of the EnerGuide for Houses Program; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Energy to execute the agreement set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or one to like effect.
