OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 2, 2004, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the amount of business growth credits, forgiveable loans, hereinafter set forth is accurate effective March 31, 2004, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such amount to the appropriation for the service in respect of which the loans were incurred, or to the Consolidated Fund, or to the appropriate reserve account: Department March 31, 2004 Economic Development (business growth credits) $ 420,731.00 TOTAL $ 420,731.00
