OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated February 3, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of the Public Service Commission to enter into an agreement with the Mental Health Commission of Canada to participate in the Case Study Research Project for the National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, effective February 18, 2014.
