Order in Council 767/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 942/2017 dated May 3, 2017 that reappointed Cameron McKinnon Stevenson of Kingston as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
