Statute: Property Valuation Services Corporation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 9, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 55 of

Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2006, the Property Valuation Services Corporation Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 19, 25 to 27, and 40 to 54 of

Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2006, the Property Valuation Services Corporation Act, do come into force on and not before April 1, 2008.
