Order in Council 432/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Lansdowne, now in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on the following Reference Plans, Crown Land Plan and Expropriation Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry/Land Titles Division of Leeds ( No 28) being,

Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 28R-7571 (Ministry Plan P-6035-51);

Parts 1 and 2 on Crown Land Plan LR229986 (Ministry Plan P-6035-52);

Part 1 on Plan 28R-7771 (Ministry Plan P-6035-53);

Part 1 on Plan 28R-15039 (Ministry Plan P-6035-55);

Part 1 on Expropriation Plan LE108678 (Ministry Plan P-6035-56); and

Parts 1 and 2 on Expropriation Plan LE108679 (Ministry Plan P-6035-57),

be designated as controlled–access highway, pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended.
