Order in Council 2374/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 3 of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Ira Michael Price be appointed as a Coroner for Ontario effective from the date of this Order in Council, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 8, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
