Order in Council 1318/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Lynn Mitchell of Carrying Place be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2023 and ending April 26, 2026.
