OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated November 30, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1970, the Saint Mary's University Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Saint Mary's University Board of Governors, each for a term of office of three years commencing December 16, 2004: John S. Fitzpatrick of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Larry Hood of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
