Order in Council 1145/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Hyatt was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 8, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1056/2024;

And

whereas James Hyatt tendered his resignation effective December 17, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1056/2024 be revoked effective December 17, 2024.
